I bought a pair of the knightsbridge Uggs for my wife after we tried them at a store last year and we both thought they were nice. The boots we received are NOT comfortable! The ones we tried at the store last year were made of a soft, flexible, sheepskin suede, more like the classic talls, which makes them warm and comfortable. These boots are far too rigid around the leg. Are these even real UGG’s?

They are made of stiff, thick, leather suede and are too restrictive to even zip the zipper up when on and they hurt the top of my wifes foot just sitting down. Even when we tried the next size up the only thing that changed was that her foot slopped around in the base but the boot was STILL too restrictive from the ankle up, and my wife is petite and has a slim build!

We do NOT recommend these boots to anyone except maybe a very anorexic person as there is simply no room for the calf muscles with the cut they are made with and the stiff leather they use.

These boots are absolutely fantastic. I was so pleased when I received them. They were genuine and delivered so quickly even at Christmas time. I have never got them off my feet.

I was obsessing about Knightsbridge. Finally requested them for Christmas, and got the biggest bummer in the history of my Chrismas’. Got boots – loved them (so cozy and cute), wore them around the house for couple of hours, just to see that I CAN’T wear them. The zipper in the back goes exactly on the tendont line of the leg. After just a small period of time the boot shapes to your foot and leg causing slight bending of material (and also zipper). Result: the zipper bites into the tendont. After a couple days I still have signs of redness on the back of my leg from rubbing on that d… zipper! Plus – I wanted to keep’em so bad, that I got a bit stubborn and wore them for quite after I noticed discomfort).

I’m surprised that nobody before signalized the problem. I read the reviews and never came across that one… And yet – it seems to me like a mechanical defect of the product, and not something that would happen to me only… Maybe it was that pair in particular? I don’t know….
