First off, I love these boots. They’re great quality and very warm, like all Emu products I’ve run into. However, the open side that you tie closed allows for your feet to slide around a bit more and pushes your jeans up and out of the boot. These are great for fall but once there’s snow on the ground, I probably won’t be wearing them as much because I’m sure snow would get into the side as well.
As far as size goes, I bought true to size and they’re about a half a size large but I’m a size 5 so I just wear socks and they’re fine.
