I was so pleased with Amazon’s Customer Service. I had to return the boots for a larger size and Amazon returns are so easy! The new item was sent quickly, my acct credited and and recharged without any problem whatsoever.

These boots are not very comfortable. I wanted Uggs, but something cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for.

warm, yes. and the photo is accurate. it doesn’t look any better when you see it and try it on. fits very wide, which makes it look like the little structure there is will decline quickly. looks perfect for earth areas where people live in igloos.

I really wanted these to be just as good as Uggs, or even an acceptable substitute, but they weren’t. I bought them in the right size, but the fit was disappointing. They’re not nearly as comfortable, and they’re not nearly as high of quality. I gave these a chance after owning a pair of Uggs because Uggs are so outrageously priced. But honestly, I wished I would have just saved for a little while longer and paid the extra money for Uggs. They would have lasted me longer and served me better. Sorry Bearpaw.
